Overview
Marston's Pub Company have introduced the new Retail Agreement and are looking for an operator experienced in retail to not only develop the business but to continue to maintain high retail standards and customer care.
The successful applicant will work alongside and be supported by Marston's Pub Company to introduce and build the new food & drink offer.
In return, Marston's Pub Company will cover all overheads except staffing and insurances.
In return the retailer retains 20% of the net food & drink turnover for salary and staff costs.

Roadside located The Anchor Inn comprises of lounge/bar/games area and under used function room (180). There is a large beer garden, kitchen and car parking for 8 cars.
Private Accommodation
The private accommodation consists of a four bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and dining room.
Customer Base
A community local pub.
Successful Applicant
Marston's Pub Company are looking for a retailer with a Personal Licence and funding available for a deposit. The successful applicant will ideally have retail experience and a passion for customer care whilst demonstrating entrepreneurial skills to maximise the business potential.
